Because GeniePT uses AI to generate personalized plans, digital delivery may not be refundable after service begins - unless a technical failure or a material mismatch with what was promised is demonstrated.

Once a subscription is activated, payment is generally final. If the service materially differs from the description or is materially impacted by a technical issue, you may request a review using the process below.
